Rachel Tang, Associate Dean of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, is responsible for managing the business affairs of the Conservatory, including budgets and acquisitions, as well as carrying out and/or supervising special projects related to bringing the Conservatory of Music into existence.
Ms Tang is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining the Conservatory, Ms Tang was the Administrative Manager of the Computer Centre at NUS for 13 years, including a one-year attachment at the Centre For The Arts. Ms Tang is a pianist and has been a member of the Singapore Symphony Chorus and The Philharmonic Chorus.
