Tan See Huey, soprano, was born and raised in Malaysia. She is a graduate of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music where she studied voice with Professor Alan Bennett. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work with the YST Orchestra, Red Dot Baroque and notable musicians including Masaaki Suzuki, Miah Persson, Paul Weigold, Jonas Nordberg and Allen Henderson. Some of her performance highlights include a solo role in Saint-Saëns’ Christmas Oratorio (December 2019), Poulenc’s Airs Chantés in YST Orchestral Institute’s concert (April 2021), and as a soprano soloist in Bach’s Johannes Passion (April 2022).
