ABOUT THE ARTIST
Anders Norell has been Principal Flute of the National Symphony Orchestra, Taiwan (internationally known as the Taiwan Philharmonic) for the past 24 years. He was born in Sundsvall, Sweden 1970 and completed his Master of Fine Arts in Music at the College of Music at Gothenburg University with professor Gerard Schaub, and later postgraduate studies at Royal Academy of Music in London with professor William Bennett. Another teacher that has had great influence on his playing is Suzuki-master Toshio Takahashi. However, his first musical influences came through his father, who was organist at the local church.
