ABOUT SONG FESTIVAL: THE VOICES OF FRANCE & ENGLAND
Join members of the YST Voice and Piano Departments in this two-part song festival as we explore the unique time periods, societal and language elements which came together to contribute to pivotal flourishings of English and French vocal music.

In Part 2 next semester, we will explore the vast repertoire of the French baroque cantata and the genius of Henry Purcell, featuring guest artist and teacher Mark Tucker in collaboration with YST Ensemble-in-Residence Red Dot Baroque, led by Alan Choo.
