ABOUT THE EVENT

Revelations and Angels is an audio-visual performative installation by Phoon Yu and Theemptybluesky (Mervin Wong). It is the framing of the conventional recital into the form of an experience. The work seeks to explore the relationship between man and his creator in two segments: an installation, which inhabits the space to create sensory experiences both in the day and evening, and an evening performance (alongside the installation). The performance features compositions by Chen Zhangyi and J. S. Bach, with sonic reflections by Mervin.
