Morse Percussion and the YST Percussion Studio present chamber works which showcase a plethora of stylistic, harmonic and performative possibilities for percussion music. Seeing With Ears takes all on a journey of discovery – performers learn to interpret newly-commissioned music and enhance their execution of familiar works; composers get to explore and present fresh musical ideas; and audiences are introduced to the multitude of unique sounds and creations of contemporary percussion that will leave them seeing and hearing in alternative ways.
