ABOUT THIS EVENT
Espoir Quartet presents their first ever recital, featuring the classical brilliance of Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 4, Op. 18 alongside the emotive depths of Shostakovich’s infamous String Quartet No. 8, Op. 110. Both were written in the fateful key of C Minor, however that’s where their similarities end. Espoir Quartet invites you to immerse yourself in the journey of unfolding the timeless melodies of Beethoven and the emotional depth of Shostakovich’s composition that holds the echoes of history.
